Which payment methods can I use to pay in the ticket store?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Union Pay), Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, EPS, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

Do I have to print out the tickets?

No. It is sufficient if you can show the tickets on your cell phone.

Do I have to queue at the ticket office with my online ticket?

No. You can go directly to the turnstile and validate your ticket at the scanner there.

Can I cancel my purchased tickets?

Unfortunately not, please see our general terms and conditions.

Can I change the date retrospectively?

No. If your admission ticket does not include a personal tour, it is valid for up to 3 months after your chosen visit date. If you would like to visit us earlier than your chosen visit date, please send us an e-mail to shop@salzburg-burgen.at

I can't make it to the tour on time, what do I have to do?

How much time should I plan for the visit?

Our castles offer an extensive program and attractions for you. Plan at least 2 hours for your visit.

How much earlier should I be at the tour?

It is sufficient if you arrive at the agreed meeting point approx. 5 minutes before the tour.

How long does the ascent take or how long do I have to walk up to the castle?

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the parking lot of Mauterndorf Castle to the entrance.

Are there family tickets?

No. As a child-friendly company, we have made it our mission to provide families with children, regardless of their size and family composition, with affordable admission. That's why our children's tickets are up to 60% cheaper than adult tickets.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed. Assistance dogs with appropriate proof are exempt.

Where can I park?

We provide our guests with free parking spaces on site.
